These include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><b>Youth Services:<\/b>\u00a0We have a full time\u00a0<a title=\"Youth Services\" href=\"https:\/\/auroratownship.org\/youth-services\/\">youth activity center<\/a>\u00a0with after-school programs, as well as summer programs. Our youth services staff also provides outreach and mentoring programs in the local grade schools, middle schools and high schools for youth.<\/li>\n<p><\/p>\n<li><b>Senior Services:<\/b>\u00a0Aurora Township is a major provider of paratransit and public transportation for senior and disabled citizens through its\u00a0<a title=\"Ride-In-Kane Transportation Service\" href=\"https:\/\/auroratownship.org\/ride-in-kane-services\/\">Ride-In-Kane program.<\/a>\u00a0Through a partnership with\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.pacebus.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">PACE<\/a>, the suburban transit agency, the township provides more than 30,000 rides per year, with a priority for medical appointments and dialysis, on 7 full-time routes operating PACE lift-equipped buses.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Aurora Township goes beyond the minimum mandated services by providing senior and youth services for township residents.
