Cassidy Alexander is a long-time professional artist and independent businesswoman. Since arriving in Aurora in 2007, Cassidy has functioned as an election processing judge, co-produced the first Aurora Artwalk, and assisted in Aurora’s Green Fest and the non-profit bookstore, Culture Stock. She paints commissioned portraits of people and animals and cuts silhouette portraits.
Cassidy is honored to be your township clerk. The duties of clerk include taking and posting accurate and informative meeting minutes, maintaining all township records, administering oaths, overseeing the procedure for contract bids and being the election authority for township elections.
