The Aurora Township Ordinance to abate nuisances (junk, trash, weeds, inoperable vehicles) is enforced in the unincorporated areas of the Township by the Township’s Code Enforcement Officer.

If you are a resident of the unincorporated areas of Aurora Township, some property maintenance violations will be handled by Aurora Township (such as tall weeds and grass) at (630) 897-8777 while other violations will be handled by the Kane County Health Department at (630) 444-3040.
